Ugly Photo Location Challenge

I've been hiding myself from sunlight by watching YouTube videos these days haha and I came across what I think is a very interesting challenge. It is called 'Ugly Location Challenge.'

Photoshoot. I love taking pictures. I love if someone takes picture of me! But I was very shy and I just didn't know how to do it.

This year I'd be turning 18. This month.. to be exact. Soo.. I think it's the time where I get out of my comfort zone and just do whatever I like!

Other than location and the outfit, another consideration that I took really seriously was that who want to do this with me, plus I must be VERY comfortable with her or I'll be very stiff in all the pictures.

And yasss.. found her ! Shoutout to Andrea💕

Fun fact about Me and Andrea: we both born on August 1, 2000 and we're working together in student council!

Next to the challenge:

So the real challenge actually include taking videos throughout the day. It's done so the audience can see the real struggle and the adrenaline to be really careful so we won't get caught by the guard. Unfortunately we can't do that since it was just only two of us, but it's fine! Right? Hehe

I will share some steps that I took ↯

1. Choose the location

2. Choose the outfits

3. Look for inspirations in Pinterest about the pose

4. Just do it and improve

We picked Aeon Mall, BSD, as the area that we want to take pictures at. Our first intention was only to take it at the supermarket. Because plss... their supermarket is aesthetic hahaha. But in the middle of our shoot, we realize that we could explore the whole shopping mall!

It was not easy like we need to wait for the aisle to be empty, we need to watchout for the guard and I think he found us suspicious hahaha. Luckily the supermarket staffs were very nice (or they just don't care ooopss..). Another struggle for me was people did stare at us :)).

Other shooting points for us were parking lot, escalator, H&M and timezone.

It was very fun actually! We almost got caught at H&M - like the security was whispering to the employee and that employee whispered to the other employee and they were looking at us! Hahaha we ran out quickly after that.
